How do I track my package?

Enter your tracking number in the search box above. Your tracking number can be found in your booking confirmation email, SMS notification, or printed on your shipping label. We support tracking numbers from 220+ carriers worldwide.

My tracking number isn't working — what should I do?

Please allow up to 2 hours after booking for tracking information to appear in our system. If it's been over 2 hours, please contact our support team with your order reference number and we'll investigate immediately.

What do the different tracking statuses mean?

Processing: We've received your booking and are preparing collection. Picked Up: Package collected from sender. In Transit: Package is moving through our network. Out for Delivery: Driver is on the way — delivery expected today. Delivered: Successfully delivered with proof of delivery recorded.

Can I track multiple packages at once?

Yes! Use the Multi-Track feature above to enter up to 10 tracking numbers simultaneously. Business account holders can track unlimited packages through our dashboard or API.

How do I redirect my delivery or reschedule?

You can reschedule or redirect your delivery using the link in your delivery notification email, through My Account, via our app, or by calling our 24/7 support line at +1 800 273-7872.
